So where I work I take orders for… Things… Over the phone.
And when I’m ready for the payment and ask “Which card would you like to put that on?”
Invariably there is the one that says ” It’s a Visa….. Did you want me to read the number to you?” I’m just flabbergasted
Does this happen to everyone?
And when it does happen, is your gut reaction to say something like “No, just wave it at the phone, I’ll get it that way ” ??
