Calendars

I work for a car company and a customer called in, he told me he is in his 80s and spent $7000 at a dealership in a small town last year for repairs. That was not his issue.

Car dealerships are independently owned and operated and sometimes they have things they give out to their customers.

This man was so offended that this dealership did not have a calendar for him that he called into our center to complain. And like, he was getting really angry. He did get a calendar from the dealer he bought the car from by the way.

But all I can picture is this man having some kind of dark closet where he hoards his calendars, primarily from our company but also from others, like he’s a dragon with gold. He goes in there in his tighty whiteys and rubs the calendars he got free against himself and whisper yells “my calendars!”
