Am I the only one who hates when an angry caller poses this question? Some days it takes everything in me to refrain from responding with, “on my side mostly, thanks for asking.”
A woman called today who was advised last week we would no longer cover a portion of her claim as of today, and she was upset we are no longer covering said portion. She had already yelled at multiple people before me. Calls like that are why I’m thankful we are allowed to disconnect if people get out of hand.
