Haven’t done this yet, but very tempted to do this to customers calling from NJ,NY,CT,MA

I get customers calling from all over the country. The most polite are from the southern states and midwest with a somewhat close runner up people from the western states. The mid-Atlantic and New England customers though are a drag many times. They are just not very polite. I am thinking my last days at the call center ( seasonal job, ends just before Christmas) I will change my voice or add an accent to screw with the people calling whenever I see the calls come from those states, especially the metropolitan towns. If it is CT, does not matter where, the whole state is meshuga. I’ll take their orders but love to just mess with them thinking they got a call center rep located in embarkistan.
