I know you can hear me! Supervisors and managers of call centers, whats the weirdest/funniest/crazyest you have heard a rep say wile a customer was on mute?

I asked my supervisor today if she could hear what I said wile on mute, and yes she can hear every word. Luckily im a mute ninja, but recently started working from home. So now i have a safe space to mute and let my frustration pour out. I was mortified about reflecting on what ive said on mute….
