I Can’t Help You

My one of my many pet peeves…When you tell a customer that you have to transfer them and they fight you on it. I get that being transferred and waiting on hold sucks, but if I’m telling you that this isn’t something my department handles, it’s the truth. You can explain your situation and ask your questions as many times as you want, but I don’t know the answer for you and I don’t have access to that department’s information database to even look it up for you. 🤷🏼‍♀️
