Hi guys;
I’ll preface by saying I don’t work in a call centre but I need advice.
I’ve called at least 5 times in the past 18 months to resolve an issue. I can’t receive calls on my landline. When I call my mobile from the landline my old phone number shows up, but when I call my old phone number someone else answers.
I don’t want to be a pain but I’m paying around £13 a month for a service I cannot use. I’ve tried being nice and explained the problem to my service provider and they have promised to resolve it.
I don’t want to keep calling and being a pain but I feel like I am being treated like a doormat. I’m always nice and understanding and apologise for the inconvenience of phoning but I really hate losing money. If you were on the receiving end of my call, what could I say to resolve the situation?
