Cus calls for entry to an event for her daughter who is dying of cancer and her nurse. The little girl really wanted to see a popular boy band that’s touring in November. The last says November 16th so when I type in the band the first date says November 15th. I cant remember shit so I ask if she said 15th and she says yes. 40 minutes later I get the passes and she starts screaming wait noooo! No!nooo! Like michael as Scott because I have the wrong date. So I go to the right date and she cant afford the passes we have and tells me I’m a horrible person because I cant get her dying kid passes then she hangs up.
