So this is a short one.
Me: ok so in total it will be this much in total for your party
Her: excuse me it should be this amount.
Me – ah the gratuity tip is placed because its more than 5 people.
Her – i refuse. That is offensive. I will not pay. Take it off.
Me – we cant. Company policy.
Her- let me talk to your manager.
Continues on for 10 mins. Doesnt get her way at the end. She gives up but states she never been so offended in her life until now. Promises she is gonna give a bad review just because of the gratuity tip.
