I’m just finishing my first year in college and looking to work in an outbound call center during the summer. Some people told me that if I manage to survive the job long enough, I’ll be able to acquire some life long skills (great communication skills, thick skin, patience, etc.). However, they also told me it’s pretty fucking horrific….lol. How true is this?
