Currently working in a health insurance call center, and was offered a retail job making more money with same benefits. Parents don’t think I should leave my current job for retail since I would not have a fixed schedule anymore and the retailer is a small company compared to the call center company. Not sure if it is best to leave or stay and be miserable.
