One user, 642 tickets, 820 days

We bought out another company and one of the uses calls in a LOT. The user is always nice but in the 820 days that they have been with our company they have opened 642 tickets.

I asked one of the techs that came over from the merger who confirmed that yes, D did call in nearly every day because they were bored and lonely and wanted someone to talk to in the mornings before everyone else got into the office.

On the plus side, D is always pleasant and polite.
