Had a woman call up because she travelled through one of our stores with her trolley, another customer bashed into her with christmas wrapping paper and she wanted my employer to do something about it.
C: “i was so shocked and shaken up that i just left and did not finish my shopping. My leg now has a bruise forming and is in quite a lot of pain.”
She did mention that the wrapping paper was in customer 2’s basket not that it made much difference. She was also complaining that this other customer did not pay her any attention after bumping into her
Me: “i am sorry for the negative experience in store. Ill feedback that for you”
Honestly these people should not be allowed out in public. Its freaking wrapping paper.
