After reading all of the posts on here you Americans have it bad. I get a customer bad mouth me I go don’t talk to me like that show some respect. If a customer wants something they are not entitled to I go well no your not getting that because you shouldn’t we don’t have this bullshit customer is always right. You guys should come to England and try our call centres out its much more relaxed on all grounds
