I’ve done tons of customer service in other environments but this will be my first call center job (and it’s from home). How do you get over the initial nervousness? Does everyone falter in training while reading script? I’m not so worried about being let go after training but what makes me nervous are the first calls with your trainer on the line! Any tips? Thanks!
