The other day I had a customer call to pay their bill, and then screamed at me for 5 minutes when I asked for their bank info so I could process the payment, saying that I just wanted to steal her information. Then she went on to say that she has done this for years and has never had to give us her account information!! Yeah I’m sure you’ve been paying your bill without bank info 🙂 People are fucking ridiculous I can’t stand it. Yeah, I want to pay my bill, but I’m not going to give you my account number. She was screaming at me asking why I needed it….I DON’T KNOW BECAUSE YOU JUST SAID YOU WANTED TO PAY YOUR BILL? WHAT A CONCEPT?
