My uncle set this company up therefore I should bypass security!!

I work for a bank, lady calls asking about her bank account, proceed to go through security questions. Got to date of birth- she gave me a different date to the one on her account. I said I cant complete security as shes given me incorrect info, even looked up an old application form where shes put wrong date of birth!

“My uncle set this company up, its disgusting” “Its security” “I’m making a complaint goodbye…” Aaaaand hangs up. Ok love bye then
