I started scheduling at a medical office and this is insane and extremely nerve wracking. every call is so complicated and all these special rules. and these people are sick so It is very important I don’t make a mistake. Idk if I’m cut out for this shit. Im so stressed right now i can feel my shoulders tightening up.
