Her: Do you need it?
Me: read a script about blah blah “federal law requires it” blah blah “strictly confidential”
Her: I can give you the last 4 digits.
Me: I apologize ma’am, but we do need the full number to proceed with the application.
Her: What’s your name again?
Me: gives first name
Her: How do you spell your last name?
Me: begrudgingly spells it because we have to give our full name at our job… I HATE it.
Her: Ok, thanks name. Bye. CLICK.
