So I had a hard meeting with my supervisor today because I have been having a hard time keeping my tone polite lately.
Do any of you wonderful folks have any tips and tricks for keeping a good attitude at work? Is there anything you do to keep calm when you’re starting to get frustrated with the caller or when you’re just not in the best mood?
I am normally able to keep up my polite demeanor, but any advice for those times where it is just a herculean effort to do so would be greatly appreciated!
Of course, if this isn’t the right place for this, I apologize and would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
