Need to get this off my chest.

Okay I just need to get this off my chest. Mainly because non of my non call center friends really understand.

I work for a large cable company in the retention department, we have been EXTREMELY busy right now with moving season finishing up, anyways we were about 100 in queue and an average 13 minute wait to speak to an agent, I answered the call with my normal opening and the customer no joke just complained about the decor in the local office for 8 minutes!

So much WTF in one call.
