If I Could Relay One Message To the World..

So I was discussing the woes of my everyday life, where people call in and want the whole world handed to them on a silver platter. They expect that I (a customer service representative) can give them what they are looking for each time. If I could relay one message to the world. It would be this “ask.for.a.supervisor.” We can’t even get a customer to one unless they specifically state they want to speak to a manager or a supervisor. Like no matter how insane the customer gets, a lead,supervisor, whatever will not even accept the call unless I can say “yes they specifically asked for a supervisor.” So I want to just put it out there, stop putting customer service agents thru hell and just ask for a g**amn supervisor. They can generally resolve the issue a lot quicker than I can.
