I work in a fashion focused call center and we deal with a lot of women that can escalate quickly. Today I had to assist one such woman as she had reached out to our CEO going off about her order being messed up. It reached the head of our department and then me…just my luck. I spent 4+ hours assisting her via text and going back and forth to keep my boss updated and support that was assisting too. I ended up “saving the day” and my boss told me that I would certainly be getting a raise + promotion by next week.
In the grueling world of working in a call center hard work truly does pay off!
