Anyone have experience with fraud/perpetrators calling in to your department? I’d love to hear your stories!

I actually work in the fraud department of a multi-national credit card company so I have had my fair share of talking to “perps,” security issues, account take-overs, fraudulent applications, etc. I’m always curious to know what the experience is for other people in various types of call centers, departments, etc. Share away! 🙂
