Hey everyone. I thought this post would be a good place for those who have moved on to post where the ended up after a call center. I would also like to see some attributes from the call center that you utilized as strengths in your interviews.
Alternatively if you haven’t left, where are you applying and what skills in your current position led you to apply there?
As for myself I’m applying for claims examiner / underwriting positions at midsize insurers. I currently work in an insurance call center and have gained a lot of industry knowledge plus experience working with distraught customers.
