It’s so hard trying to help customers when your company is awful

Anyone else work for a company that’s just plain failing people? Phone calls I have received today include, customer not billing billed for 2 years now with a massive debt, hounding gentleman for payment despite the fact he’s been dead for 3 months and setting debt collectors on someone who isn’t actually a customer but has the same name as one. Not even to mention the constant misspelled names, addresses and incorrect bank detail.

Yet I fail call quality if I forget to remind the customers about our website. Really wish I didn’t need this job so bad
