I have been working in a call centre for about 6 months now and still struggle with customers due to stuttering, forgetting what to say or just repeating myself.
I really want to work here for at least a year but I have a feeling I’m not wanted as I seem to be getting quite a few review meetings with manager.
Working here for a year minimum would do wonders for my employability but I’m wondering if I’m pushing my luck?
