Hi tftcc, long time lurker first time poster. I just wanted to share something that’s happened within my call center life to see if anyone else has had the same joy. I used to be a manager for an escalations team at my company and I recently changed positions to a front like chat support rep. The sheer quality of life improvement of that was a huge boost but I miss having the shutdown conversations with asshole customers. The people who would bluff that they were going to take their business else where up until I offered to cancel their services for them was the biggest one I missed. Anyone else do anything similar and have some tales of what you miss and don’t miss?
