Yep you read the title correctly. About 3 years ago I was working for Big Powerful Bank credit cards and I got a call from a guy who was not a customer, he just thought Big Powerful Bank was big and powerful enough to get this message to the Clinton family directly. He talked for 45 minutes nonstop about how he had audio and was working on video evidence that Bill had been stalking his wife for the last 6 months and this was the last call he was going to make to us to report it. Anytime some sort of interruption was made from me to try and put a stop to this nonsense was immediately halted by this man because this was the last time he called before he went straight to the nations capital to expose this behavior. RIP handle time. My manager just so happened to pull up the call on a random review and ended up using it as the one and only example for when it is okay to hang up on someone.
