My line of call centre work is dealing mainly with businesses. So you’d think they’d be more… On the ball if you know what I mean?
He gave me his order number, no orders was showing up on my system, asked probing questions ect.
He gave me his account number, and every other account number for his companies branches throughout the UK. That’s a lot of account numbers and orders :,)
Still nothing.
I asked, how did he do the order, he said email. I go digging for this particular email.
I read the email and it literally said, “this order hasn’t been placed due to an issue with your account, along with next steps”.
I asked if he could read the email back to me, just to be a dick and to make sure he had the same email up as me.
He fuckin reads, “this order hasn’t been placed”, and i died with laughter, he had me on a call for 1 hour, with the email in front of him, had me digging through thousands of branches for his company, thousands of orders ahahaha
Call centres man, we all have those days but fuck me this is a beauty.
Dude was waiting 2 months for this order too :’)
