[Service Desk] Cold war with user who keeps reopening the same tickets

So yeah I work at an IT service desk which is basically a call centre but we receive self service tickets for IT issues as well as calls.

This week I had a ticket from a user I noticed she mentioned another open ticket she had. I checked & she actually opened nine (9!) tickets for the same thing. The first ticket went to the level 2 team and the rest are just her complaining that no one has contacted her. The initial ticket was only opened on the 14th.

I realised she’s some sort of mega-Karen so I decided not to call her cuz I couldn’t be arsed dealing with her so just closed all the duplicate tickets with a very professionally worded message about how multiple tickets doesn’t lead to quicker resolutions (which is what I often do with no issues) & to please only communicate on the ticket with the level 2 team & this bitch just reopened them all! So I closed them all again with the same message more strongly worded now and she reopens them again saying no one has contacted her, and I close them again. We’ve been back & forth like this all day & I refuse to contact her cuz she’s obviously a bitch with the reading comprehension of a two year old. I don’t even mind I can close them and copy and paste my message all day long.

But at this point I wanna annoy her even more, any suggestions on how I can be more annoying?
