I finally quit my callcenter job after just 3 months. I won’t say what company it’s from because that wouldn’t be right. I went thru sexual harassment and verbal abuse and being picked on for being handicap. I am a male and I have been picked on like this with almost every call center job I had but I finally started to report the abuse to HR. It was a huge company so I had to go thru all kinds of loops just to report it to the right harassment phone line. It took 3 MONTHS to get an update. Guess what? They confronted all the people who harassed me and all of them except one woman lied and said none of if happened. Because of no witnesses or evidence with majority of the reports, they said it was inconclusive. I was so pissed and I quit after that. I guess moving forward I won’t report people anymore and just man up. I just got tired yall. I’m now about to be homeless and I’m still unemployed. I tried to stay at the job as long as I could yall. I couldn’t even imagine what women go thru and nothing happens when they report it. I just wanted to get this off my chest.
