So for context I work for a retail website and this man called because he was trying to place an order but kept getting “invalid email” message, advised sometimes we make typos so to make sure he was putting a period instead of a comma (very common mistake) or there was no invisible spaces after typing his email address. He said he was using the google automatic took, then advised to type the email to avoid any mistakes. He acted fake nice and said “have a nice day” and I said “you too sir, thank you for calling” so I was waiting for him to end the call and then I heard “you dumb fucker” and I gasped and then he hung up… I’m the dumb fucker because you do not know how to properly write down your email so you have to call a customer support line to tell you what your doing wrong?…
