I just got a call from a customer ordering medical supplies. Basically they wanted 9 boxes of a certain item that had a quantity of 10 in each box. Instead of just saying, “I want 90 of those items”, they just kept doing weird math problems that didn’t make sense and confusing themself. So I proceeded to ask them “How many in total do you want to order?” to make it easier and then they grow impatient with me and this proceeds to go on for 10 minutes. Great start to the morning!
