I was doing my vehicle repair scheduling thing tonight when a customer calls in and says “Hi, can you schedule my vehicle repair at JohnJohn Dealership or SteveSteve Dealership?”
Me: “Sure! Let me check what’s available.
—-Okay, what dates were you looking for at JohnJohn Dealership?”
Customer: “Why not SteveSteve dealership?”
Me: “I apologize, SteveSteve dealership is not allowing online scheduling at this time.”
Customer: “Are there other options? Can I go to [brands not affiliated with this brand]?”
Me: …..n….no? Not if you want it to be covered…
What is the problem with JohnJohn dealership? Why did you ask me to look for times there if you so strongly do not want to have your repair done there?
I don’t think I will ever understand.
