Sometimes there are good ones.

So I always complain about my job (as we all do here), but last week I got two of the nicest calls since I started working. They were from two old grandpas.
One was calling because he wanted to move his delivery to another day.
He told me: “Miss, it’s my birthday and my nieces are taking me out to lunch! The driver usually comes around that time but I won’t be there!” I wished him a happy birthday and he seemed so happy about his birthday lunch it was great.

The other one had me cracking up. He called because he could not pay his cod with card and he wanted to know what he could do then. I told him we could make another attempt, but bot until the next day. He then went something like “Virgin Mary on a cracker! This is a problem miss, you see this is a present for my nephew and it’s beautiful, but my wife can’t know about it, it’s too expensive and she’s going to scold me!”

They were so nice and I got to end the week on a good note!
