I made 15.75 an hour when I left. If my metrics were good (CSAT above %85) I would get .25 anually. When I started I started at 14.00 I think.

I started off making $9 an hour in 2016 and now make $12.25. Just got the 25 cent raise last month and its been 2 years since my last raise.
