Gut feelings about callers

Have you ever had a caller where the interaction is more or less standard, but you feel that something just isn’t quite right? Like, sharing the line with this person is enough to make you extremely uncomfortable and you can’t wait to hang up?

Am I just broken from being in a call center environment that I loathed for the past year or is this something instinctual that we should take seriously?
