For the last 2 years I’ve had to sit in a mortgage collections call center. Dealing with borrowers with the worst attitudes calling in even having to call out to them about the debt. Its been the most dreadful job I’ve had yet far . The only reason I’ve stayed this long was for the bonuses we get monthly and benefits. I’ve had it to the last straw now dealing with these people. Its been impacting me mentally making my anxiety worse thinking about how many points I’ve missed on each call . I got a job offer doing overnight stocking starting next Wednesday and I’m taking it. I don’t care as long as its not a call center. I’m never taking a call center job again no matter the pay i need my mental health to be fine
