I will close your chat out so quick and ban your ass. Getting fired be damned. I will put up with a certain amount of abuse, but that’s my line.
I hope someone in management sees that chat as well.
We have such a high turn over rate for this reason. No one wants to deal with abusive assholes on the daily, and I don’t blame them.
But why in the fuck do people think it’s acceptable to treat customer service like this? I’ll be so happy when the generation of assholes dies off and this is no longer common practice.
I of course won’t be in customer service when that happens, but I’ll be apart of the change for the feature generation who does have to do customer services
