Hey folks! I work in the call center industry. Pretty new to it, actually.
I’ve noticed that not a single company in the space is sharing the perspective of the agents. All I’m seeing are executives and managers sharing insights.
Kinda weird when agents are the ones doing the work.
I want to change that. I want to hear your stories about what’s wrong with contact centers. AND the things that are going right. No need to be 100% focused on the ugly.
Ideally, we’d have a quick call (sorry I know you guys are all burnt out on calls), then do an interview and get the piece out there. Can be anonymous!
