It was fairly mild compared to what it could have been. Customer just threatened to come to the office and find me and punch me in the face. No death threat, though, so I got that going for me.
I’m just extra upset because just yesterday I was passed over for a promotion that would have taken me off the phones. I was trying to talk myself up about how my department is still fun, and on the whole I still like working this job, and then I get threatened by a customer. It just feels like a really shitty 1-2 punch from the universe.
