Let me explain reruns…

Customer thinks something is wrong with TV service and wants to cancel it because when she checks the air date, it’s in the past… “it should be today, air date today. It shows 2017 when I’m looking at it today.” She is convinced there is something wrong with the service and equipment and she’s had “nothing but problems”.

Ma’am… let me explain reruns to you. The airdate is the original date the show was broadcast, not the date you’re watching it.
