Stop saying “I’m not mad at you” and “im sorry for yelling at you” after you scream at me. Every time a customer says this they’ll start screaming at you a second later when you tell them something else they dont want to hear. I dont fucking care if your mad it me i care that you’re blowing my eardrums out. Tell me, what good is your apology if you’re gonna turn around and do it again 1 sec later?! Bitch I’m not gonna give you passive permission to yell at me!! your apology is not accepted!! that is all
