I am working in a call center that works for a call center that works for a doctors office.
We are making calls to survey the patients about their experience with the doctor.
The thing is the number we use is not known by the patients and apparently not even the doctor’s office.
We received a call from them asking us why are we calling on their behalf.
The worst part is verifying HIPAA. “You called me why should I give you anything”
Maybe I am just not made for customer service, people can be extremely hurtful.
