I quit guys. On my last day, this lady called in acting like a ratchet. She doesn’t allow me to talk just starts screaming that she’s tired of her card not working. Tells me I need to listen to her because she’s not gonna repeat herself. Spouts out 16 numbers extremely fast. So I make her repeat herself. While cussing at me she repeats them and she didn’t even call the right company. So she demands I transfer her. I told her nope and hung up.
