My call center (healthcare, 300+ employees) wants to do a “Red-Carpet Event” for employee recognition for supervisors, seniors, and agents. I’m on the planning team and was wondering if anyone had any cool ideas for award categories, fun things to include, what the awards should look like ( leadership didn’t seem to take my golden Jabra headset suggestion seriously )
We are going to livestream it too for our sister site in New York and have commentators and stuff.
Just trying to brainstorm some out of the box ideas and this place is the first place I thought of 🙂
