Our call center is open, but 99% of our stores are closed. Most of my day has involved people calling in to see if we were open. I’ve had some doozies so far, though. For example:
“I was wondering if you all were open, because the door’s locked.”
“Are you guys normally closed on Sundays?” “We’re normally open Sundays. We’re only closed because it’s Easter.” “Is it EASTER??” To be fair, Easter did come early this year. But the caller and I had a real good laugh out of it.
“I’ve been waiting two hours and no one is here.”
Anyone else have any crazy Easter stories?
