You will become so the longer you stay.
I’m really struggling, mentally. In my job. Even others that enjoyed this job and looked forward to work — in the recent months, have all had a decline in mental health.
What do we expect though? We’re stats. Numbers. Robots. Over the phone Punching bags to vent frustrations to. We aren’t human to anyone. The company or the customer.
I’ve been manic the last few weeks. I just need to know that other call center jobs are as bad as mine? Or did I get the call center that Satan hisself set up?
I need this job. Its getting my husband through school. But its getting to the point hes going to lose the wife he married in order for us to accomplish that goal…(Mentally)
