Last night the company I work for had an outage and people that paid for the fight couldn’t see it and kept getting asked to buy it again. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem as the system catches the duplicate charges so they only get charged once. The whole thing was down though. People that bought and people that didn’t, no one could see the fight. Literally nothing I could do except note accounts and offer a callback. So, that person who asked for my first AND last name (easily identifies me, well anywhere) to report me, fuck you and the horse you rode in on.
